4. WHAT...ASK..?

• Appointment;
• Shows dates and locations;
• Any general info you do not find in this FAQ.

5. MINIMUM QUANTITIES...?
We have MOQ per style and per order. browsing our web catalogue and using the info button/basket you will be advised of MOQ on each item

• per style can be in grams, for e. basic chain, findings, chain by meter ... = 1/2 kg of each one, or in pieces , f.e. money clip ,tie clip, earrings... ;
• Per order.

6. WHAT.. IN THE SITE.... EXCLUDED THE WEB CATALOGUE?
In the STEFANI ARGENTO site I will find:

• A short preview of some images of the items produced from STEFANI ARGENTO. It is just to have an idea of STEFANI ARGENTO production;
• Some weights, just for basic chains;
• Sorry but ,as we do not deal with private, we never indicate the prices. For quotation pls go in touch with us;
• To have full access to all the images and to all the prices info, you must be a registered user and enter the web catalogue page.

7. WHAT .. IN THE WEB CATALOGUE...?
In the Web Catalogue i will find all the picture with code and weights of :

• all the items of Stefani Argento silver production: chain, basic chain, findings, necklaces, bracelets, bangles, rings, pendants, earrings, creolas / hoops, money clip, tie clip, key holders, brooches, id bracelets, anklets, charms bracelets, chocker;
• in the following style: stampato (riccio ,omega ,s.marco ,cleopatra ,stampatino , cubetto), caucciu / rubber , stamped & casting, without stones and with stones (cz, natural stones , swarovsky stones) , figaro, magic, snake, singapor, marine, rolo.

8. HOW TO SEARCH ... SPECIFIC ITEM .IN THE WEB CATALOGUE?
After the login (login page), you are moved to the search page.
Check the radio-buttons and you will browse your category Additional you can find the help button linked to the "how to do" videos.

9. LOGIN PROBLEM ?

• You browser has to be enabled to receiving of cookies;
• As you register we check your ip address, and we put a cookie on the computer you used for the registration .Every time you try to login , our web-site dialogate with your pc and link together password, user and cookie.

10. I REGISTERED DAYS AGO BUT.... NEVER RECEIVED E-MAIL WITH LOGIN DATA..?
Normally you should get:

• Immediately a welcome e-mail advising you that your request was processed;
• Immediately an e-mail with login data( user and password).

In case you get no mail from the stefani argento web master , there is only one possibility: the e-mail address indicated on the registration form was wrong typed, so please send an e-mail to webmaster@stefaniargento.com and ask to check your e-mail address. or alternative make a second registration.

11. LOGIN PROBLEM STILL?
You received the welcome e-mail, you received the login data email , you type correct user and password, and the web master after the check informed you that you are enabled to visit the web catalogue: but every time you try to login you get back to the log-in page and "ACCESS DENIED".
There is one possibility you still type user or password wrong.
What to do:

• user and password are case sensitive;
• type user and password exactly as in the welcome mail
• if you still have problem keep in touch with webmaster@stefaniargento.com we will manually update your account

12. I CHANGED MY PREFERENCES MOVING TO ANOTHER COMPUTER NOW I CANNOT LOGIN because i forgot user and password ?
In case you change pc and forgot all your log-in data do as follow:

• send an email to webmaster@stefaniargento.com .
  We will refresh your data and send to you an email with login data.

13. WHAT IS THE 7DD= 7 DAY DELIVERY SERVICE...?
All the items included in the program 7DD are identified from the logo

• The 7DD items do not need to be produced , they are in stock and ready to be delivered!
• An order based on 7DD items will be despatched approximately in 7 working days after our order confirmation
• The 7DD items web list is update weekly every Monday.
• Of course you can split your order into 2 orders: first from 7DD for immediatly delivery, and second to be produced for a scheduled delivery.
